ORDER CANCELLATION:
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. For local clients, cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount, will be applied while the remaining amount will be credited to the original method of payment. It may take some time for the credit to appear in your account.
Whereas, full refund will be given to the International Clients through store credit only. After the passage of 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.

BRIDAL ORDERS CANCELLATION:
If online bridal purchase does not meet your demands, you can return it within seven (7) days of receiving your order and receive same amount (without shipping expenses) as Online Store Credit to use for purchases in future. After seven (7) days from the date of purchase, requests won't be accepted. The reasons behind discontentment will be discussed with our bridal consultants, afterwards, the Head of Bridals will look over that case and resolve the issue. The return of the purchase and subsequent store credits will be approved once the issues seemed valid.
EXCHANGES:
- Any purchased product from AMROZ Atelier will not be exchanged unless the delivered product found defective or don’t meet the provided details.
- Sales items will only be exchanged if the incorrect order is delivered.
- Read care label inside the garment.
- Any article that was purchased at full price goes on sale, will be exchanged at the sale price.
- Any claims on the stock of previous season will not be considered.
- After quality inspection, any claim for the same season will be handled within three (3) working days.
- Specifically for online purchases:
1. In case, you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return it within two days of receiving your order and receive same amount (without shipping expenses) as Online Store Credit to use for purchases in future. After three days from the date of purchase, Requests won't be accepted after three days.
2. After the approval of request, articles will be returned through courier. Shipping costs will not be included in exchange or claim.
3. Shipping cost will only be refundable if the online purchased article was damaged/defected when customer received it.
